For anything with three or more effects, the dance becomes a lot more delicate, of course, and your options a lot more limited. then you'll find an ingredient for each of those effects that offers a higher potency than your joining ingredient. In general, you'll want to look for what I call "joining ingredients" - those with multiple effects that you want in your potion. Replace the thistle with some Dreugh wax for a more potent fatigue effect, if you can get your hands on it.
